The vision of Gamma Phi Beta

women’s organization with a winning spirit through:
- seeking cultural,
demographic and economic diversity,
- the development of chapter, community and interfraternal leaders,
- providing
programming which addresses issues relevant to women and society,
- the strengthening of resources,
- a
focus on being member-driven, and
- management of the organization through volunteerism.
A complete Gamma Phi Beta woman is prepared to be a leader, believes in philanthropy and helping young
girls, is committed to personal academic excellence and values her lifelong membership in Gamma Phi Beta.
Our Chapter Goals
Membership:

Have at least 75%
of members attend at least one event

• Submit to Crescent every issue
• Achieve highest level support
of Collegians

Financial

Donate at least
$1000 (Foundation, Camping, In Kind Gifts)
• Donate at least $800 to collegiate chapters
•
Save at least $850
for convention/conferences
• Have
a balanced budget for the fiscal year.
• Increase the amount of dues collected by at least $250 (either
by recruiting more members or by members increasing their level of dues payment from the Sisterhood level to a higher level.)
